RUSSIAN CHECKERS
Russian checkers is also known as Shashki checkers or Russian Shashki. The game is played by the same rules as Brazilian checkers except when a Man reaches the Kings row and become King, it can and must continue to capture by jumping backwards if it has the opportunity to do so. Russian Checkers was played mainly in some parts of the former Soviet Union and in Israel, but now has become popular everywhere in the world. |
